  really quite disappointed. I was standing in line - ready to pay - the staff member finished serving the gentleman in front of me just as a car drove into drive through. the staff member states she will serve me AFTER the drive through vehicle. Hmm.... SOPs maybe but surely if a customer is WAITING to pay - that should be the next served? I was so disappointed and it obviously was not an easy drive through service so I walked out in frustration. Probably good for the guy who was served BEFORE me as he was then able to get out as he was parked BEHIND me!! I go in to make my purchases so I can have a look at other products in the store but certainly not to be treated like a second rate person just because I choose to walk into the shop rather than do a drive through.
